To CELEBRATE our local families during Parenting Awareness Month, DayOne with the help of Pasadena Neighborhood Housing Services, and MASH will select a home to beautify in March 2010 for FREE! Neighbors will also have the chance to be selected for minor repairs.

Some of what we can do: paint exterior of home; repair or replace heating units; repair leaking and/or faulty plumbing; electrical systems; gardening and remove debris; replace windows and doors with Energy StarŪ rated units; repair broken windows, broken screens; offer weatherization such as weather-stripping, low flow shower head replacement and installation of drought retardant California native plants to reduce water usage as well as updating irrigation systems; rodent proofing.
To qualify, you must be a Pasadena resident, have children currently living at home, owner occupied, and qualify by income.
To qualify, your total household income must be less than the allowed amount.
